Baju Kurung dan Komik Jepun

I have been here in Kelantan for almost 2 years.

There are many things happened here that everyone that knew me before doesnt know.

1: You can frequently see Faiz Nor still wearing her Baju Kurung by the roadside,wandering around hospital, Mydin and Nirwana, Dvillage and Dclassic, and EVEN for dinner.

2: I am currently attending to QiGong classes. Well, it's one of my curricula here. Every student in USM must attend for any Ko-K classes for two semester. Btw, i went for "senamrobik" classes last sem. Dapat A-. hak3 puas aku berjoget dalam kelas cikgu rohani tuhhhhhh....

3: okeh, saya ada membeli sebuah komik Jepun yang telah diterjemahkan ke dalam Bahasa Melayu. Yang "ta bleh bla" pasal komik tu, ialah penggunaan slang dan dialek sebuah negeri dalam Malaysia ni telah digunapakai. Kunun, gadis comel tp bahasa kekampungan gitu sinopsisnya.

PS: nasib baek dia tok pake loghat peghok, klu idok, emang teman bako komik neh!

ini dah dekat2 3x aku beli komik ta best langsung. yang latest ni pun, i flipped thru first 4-5 pages jek.

eh, tadek la banyak noe pun.

sapa cakap ta banyak???

si angah awal2 lagi dah mengingatkan saya si kakaknya yang akan bersifat pemurah selagi duit JPA masih ada, untuk menyumbangkan sedikit sebanyak sempena ari jadinya. hohohoho..

selalunya, kitorang tak celebrate pun bday. maksudnya, tadek la nak wat kenduri kendara bagai. klu ngan abah, abah bawak keluar makan. klu tak keluar makan pun, ma masak le spesel ckit. tak pun, ma kasik duit beli piza n makai reramai dalam umah. heh3

semalam, zul, nasy, nae and dayah buat nasik goreng fishball and a cake(tipu, cake tu buat tempahan, ok)

OSCE, 1-hour detention and muntah-muntah

saya berasa sungguh malu macam pokok semalu DM 1 kerana:

kesilapan melihat nombor stesen menyebabkan saya terpaksa menunggu selama lebih sejam untuk membuat jawapan pada stesen yang tertinggal itu. saya masuk ke dewan kuarantin pukul lapan pagi dan keluar dari wad peperiksaan pada jam dua lima belas petang.

ok, saya mengaku ia memang salah saya. miscommunication, doktor tue cakap.

nasib baiklah doktor tue tak marah2.

dan nasib baik juga sebabnya bukan saya seorang jek yang kena tinggal.

tapi terasa bersalah kerana saya melibatkan orang lain dalam kesilapan saya. sila maafkan kekhilafan diri ini.

hari ini, patient yang menjadi mangsa saya ialah seorang lelaki muda. nasib baiklah saya tidak mengalami apa-apa kesesakan nafas semasa melakukan pemeriksaan fizikal tadi.

alhamdulillah, doktor yang memeriksa pun agak santai.

oh ya, sepanjang minggu peperiksaan ini, saya berasa agak tertekan terutamanya apabila ada rakan-rakan yang membincangkan jawapan masing2 yang telah dibuat. (alamak, kenapa jawapan saya tidak sama seperti dia?salah mengdiagnosiskah?)

sepanjang minggu peperiksaan ini juga, saya mengalami anticipatory emesis setiap pagi. perhatian: ini bukan morning sickness.

anticipatory emesis merupakan perbuatan(erkkkk?) muntah yang berlaku apabila seseorang itu berfikir tentang sesuatu perkara yang apabila dilakukan, akan membuatkan dia muntah. (ha, ha, tak dapat follow la tue)

contohnya:

katakan seseorang itu akan muntah setiap kali selepas menjalani kemoterapi.

sekiranya dia muntah apabila memikirkan tentang terapi itu , maka perbuatan muntah itu, dipanggil anticipatory emesis.

PRN = per re nata = as needed.

NPO = nil per os / non per os = nothing by mouth (those with acute appendicitis should be NPO pre-operatively, boleh bagi IV jek. antibiotics are most effective when given pre-opt coz they decrease post-opt infection and abscess formation)

sebab i nampak kawan2 i plan to further study kat oversea. ehem, faiz, studying locally isnt bad, either, in fact u can always go home anytime you want.. yeah... partly correct. bus ticket costs only about err RM 80+ COMPARED to a one-way flight ticket. tapi, saya mahu pegang salji. ta payah, klu setakat pegang salji, peti ais rumah boleh jadi simulasi.

i wanna have a very good boyfriend rite now. why oh why?

Vascular pathology in HT and complication of HT on bv

HT can be categorized in 2 severity-based which are benign HT and malignant HT

vascular pathology in benign HT

hyaline arteriosclerosis

1. pink, homogenous hyaline thickening
2. leakeage of plasma protein across endothelial cells
3. production of excessive ECM by smooth ms cells

vascular pathology in malignant HT

hyperplastic arteriosclerosis

1. onionskin, concentric, laminated smooth ms with progressive narrowing of lumen
2. thickening of the smooth ms cells
3. reduplication of basement membrane
4. accompanied by fibroid necrosis (pink appearance, severely damaged small arteries and arterioles)

HT can lead to

• atherosclerotis
• aneurysm of bv
• dissecting aneurysm
